Bellwether Adds Andy Effler as VP in Columbus

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital has hired Andy Effler as VP and loan originator in the Columbus, OH office. Effler has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate investments in multiple capacities.

“Andy’s experience and established connections in the local market will undoubtedly be an asset to the team,” said Ned Huffman, president of Bellwether Enterprise.

Before joining Bellwether Enterprise, Effler spent six years at JLL in the Columbus office. During that time, he was a top producer in the firm’s brokerage services platform, specializing in office tenant representation working with organizations across the country on leasing and purchasing decisions.

“Joining Bellwether Enterprise offers a unique opportunity for me to work alongside my brother, DJ, and one of my closest friends, Sam Miller, while providing our developer and investor clients with a market-leading platform offering full capital stack solutions,” said Effler.
