Vulcan Real Estate’s just-completed West Main mixed-use development in downtown Bellevue, WA has gained a new retail tenant, as Peruvian restaurant La Mar has signed a new 10,000-square-foot lease on the ground floor of the property. 

The restaurant, which is set to open in 2024, will incorporate a mixture of indoor, outdoor and lounge seating and local Peruvian artwork as well as a terrace, sommelier and an open kitchen concept. La Mar’s menu will range from classical Peruvian dishes like Lomo Saltado braised whole fish to more traditional dishes like seafood cebiche.

“We’re excited to be partnering with La Mar to provide Bellevue’s thriving ecosystem of workers and residents the opportunity to experience Peru’s culture and to taste some of the country’s most celebrated dishes,” said Vulcan’s Ada Healey. 

West Main is a three building office and retail development that features a common podium for pedestrian flow and movement, a unique façade patterning for each tower, elevated terraces, below-grade parking and a generous outdoor “living room”.
