
Bellevue Corporate Campus Sells for $28M
I-90 Corporate Campus, an 89,186-square-foot, two-building office campus located at 3350 and 3460 161st Ave SE in Bellevue, WA, has been sold for $28 million. The buyer was RBT Investments LLC, while the seller was Seattle-based Pine Forest Properties.
The property was purchased a year ago by the seller. During that time, Pine Forest Properties leased out Building A, and made significant common area improvements to the property. RBT Investments LLC will occupy Building A, one of its affiliate companies will occupy Building B.
Kidder Mathews’ Daran Davidson, along with Colliers’ Derek Heed, represented the buyer. Kidder Mathews’ Joe Lynch, Andy Miller, and Dan Harden advised the seller.
