Bella Luna Investments Snags Cape Coral MF Community for $35M

Bella Luna Investments has acquired Coralina, a 186-unit multifamily community in Cape Coral for $35 million.

Located at 3305 Grant Cove Circle, the community offers a relaxed beach-resort lifestyle and features espresso cabinetry, under-mount sinks with brushed nickel goose neck faucets, black Whirlpool brand appliances, faux wood plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings, and full-size washer and dryer in every unit. Amenities include a resident clubhouse, resort-style heated swimming pool, an expansive brick-paver sun deck with poolside summer kitchen and outdoor fire pit, a 24-hour fitness center and yoga room.

Jamie May of JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors represented the seller, Phoenix Bay Ventures, in the transaction.
