Bell Works Reaches 99% Occupancy Rate 

Inspired by Somerset Development has leased over 120,000 square feet of commercial space across Bell Works New Jersey and Chicagoland, achieving 99% occupancy at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ. Leases include expansions, extensions, and new agreements with companies including Vydia, MACOM, LeagueMed Enterprises, and more.
