The leases span both traditional office and Bell Works’ pre-built, Ready-To-Wear designer office suites.

In 2022, Bell Works signed two new retail leases and one expansion totaling 3,757 square feet The Garibaldi Group’s Jeff Garibaldi, Tara Keating and Lindsey Florio represented ownership in all office transactions. Sabre’s Sean Pyle and Justin Korinis arranged the retail transactions.
