Bell Works Chicagoland Redevelopment Signs First Long-Term Tenant

Somerset Development has signed a 22,000-square-foot lease with Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation (PHMC) at Bell Works Chicagoland, representing the first long-term lease for the adaptive reuse of the former AT&T campus in Hoffman Estates, IL. The privately held mortgage company and national lender will establish its new national operations center at the property.

“As we welcome Platinum Home Mortgage Corporation, we celebrate an incredible milestone for the blossoming Chicagoland Metroburb, as the community begins to come alive with its own magnetic energy,” said Ralph Zucker, president and CEO of Somerset Development.

PHMC joins existing office tenants at Bell Works Chicagoland, including CPA Advisors Group, Mosquito Hunters and The Next Unicorn, all of which occupy Bell Works’ “Ready-to-Wear” prebuilt offices.

Colliers and The Garibaldi Group are the exclusive leasing teams marketing office space at Bell Works Chicagoland. Jason Simon, principal at Colliers, represented PMHC.
