Bell Works Chicagoland Debuts First Food Tenant

Bell Works Chicagoland, the former AT&T corporate campus and Chicagoland’s first self-contained metropolis in suburbia or “metroburb,” hosted the grand opening of “Fairgrounds World’s Fair,” the latest cafê and food concept from Fairgrounds Craft Coffee and Tea.

Fairgrounds World’s Fair is the first food and beverage offering at Bell Works Chicagoland and will feature a seasonal food and bakery program, a cocktail bar with beer and wine, and grab-and-go options.

Spanning 5,743 square feet, the establishment features more than 130 indoor seats and an outdoor patio with an additional 45 seats. Bell Works Chicagoland is the nation’s newest “metro burb” and a one-of-a-kind destination for business and culture.

Located at the Ameritech Center in Hoffman Estates, Bell Works Chicagoland is a 150-acre campus originally built as an AT&T research facility. Today, the property is under transformation into a dynamic community hub featuring offices, ground-floor retail, dining, residences, and gathering spaces.
