Bell Works Chicagoland Adds to Tenant Roster with Office, Retail Leases

Bell Works Chicagoland continues its leasing momentum with seven new businesses and one office space expansion.

The recent additions include a global medical device and solutions provider, an indoor golf facility, an interactive gaming and entertainment experience, an Indonesian specialty retailer, a video installation gallery, a local media company and a French-inspired gluten-free bakery.

In addition to the new tenants, Convergint, an existing tenant specializing in technology solutions, has expanded its footprint to accommodate growing operations. The expansion includes an additional 17,400 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of warehouse space.

”This latest group of tenants represents an exciting mix of office, lifestyle, retail and community-focused offerings,” said Ralph Zucker, Founder and CEO of Inspired by Somerset Development, the developer behind both Bell Works campuses.

Bell Works Chicagoland is a “metroburb,” previously home to the AT&T corporate campus. Somerset Development transformed the 1.65-million-square foot space into a hub of offices, retail, dining, residences, and community gathering space.
