Bell Partners Claims 148-Unit Apartment Community in Salem
Apartment investment and management company Bell Partners has acquired Vinnin Square Apartment Homes, a 148-unit apartment community in Salem, MA. The seller and sales price were undisclosed. Bell has announced plans to rename the community Bell North Shore.
Located 14 miles from downtown Boston, the community includes two five-story buildings, 16 townhomes and two additional buildings containing six units each. All apartments at the community have nine-foot ceilings, open kitchens, walk-in closets and central air conditioning.
“The Greater Boston area features some of the world’s best universities and healthcare institutions,” said John Blaylock, senior vice president of investments at Bell Partners. “This submarket continues to experience strong rental growth which should continue in the near term.”
