Bell Partners buys Denver apartments for $133M

Bell Adds to Denver Apartment Portfolio

A Bell Partners fund spent $133 million to purchase the 400-unit Montane Apartments at 18301 Cottonwood Drive in Parker. Starlight Investments sold the property, which was acquired for $120 million in 2019 from the developer Alliance Residential Co. The Denver Business Journal reports that Bell Partners now owns or manages a portfolio of around 7,400 apartment homes in 21 communities across the Denver metro area.

The apartments to be renamed Bell Parker Ranch were completed in 2018. It features 23 buildings. Bell Parker Ranch offers studio—to three-bedroom floor plans. Apartments range in size from 707 to 1,235 square feet.

The apartment complex is on the northeast corner of the South Parker Road and Cottonwood Drive intersection. The nearby Cherry Creek Trail System connects to numerous parks throughout Parker.

Jordan Robbins of JLL Capital Markets, brokered the deal.
