Belgravia’s Renelle Condos Open to First Move-Ins

Belgravia Group has unveiled a decorated model and begun welcoming residents at Renelle on the River, its 18-story, 50-unit luxury condominium building in River North. The model at Renelle on the River features the 2,517-square-foot floor plan B, a three-bedroom, 3½-bath home.

“Given that Renelle was built on one of the last parcels of land along this stretch of the Chicago River, it has drawn an incredible amount of excitement throughout the planning and, especially, the building process,” said David Goldman, co-CEO of Belgravia Group.

Designed by bKL Architects, Renelle on the River features five floor plans, including three- and four-bedroom home designs, and an option for dual-level living in three-bedroom, three-bath duplexes. At 80% sold, Renelle’s available floor plans range from 1,827 to 2,517 square feet and are priced from $1,325,900 to $2,421,900.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
