Belgravia Unveils Model Units at East Bucktown Condo Project

Belgravia Group, Ltd. has unveiled two decorated models at its 72-unit condominium building at Triangle Square, a mixed-use development at 1701 W. Webster Ave. in Chicago’s East Bucktown neighborhood. The first new-construction condo property built in the area since the adjacent North Branch Corridor’s 2017 rezoning, Triangle Square Condominiums had its first move-ins at the end of September.

“Belgravia has a long history of introducing buyers to new neighborhoods, and we’re now at the most exciting part of that process at Triangle Square with our first residents moving in and bringing even more energy to an area that has so much potential for growth,” said David Goldman, co-CEO at Belgravia Group.

He continued, “Already you can see the transformation Triangle Square has sparked in East Bucktown, which speaks volumes about the confidence buyers have for the future of this neighborhood.”
