Belgravia Unveils Model Condos at River North Project

Coinciding with first move-ins at its Three Sixty West residential condominium development in River North, Belgravia Group has also unveiled decorated models at the 11-story boutique property. The company announced a selection of early-delivery homes, as well as the completion of the building’s amenity spaces.

Half of the property’s 38 residences have already closed. The three-bedroom floor plans at Three Sixty West range from 1,735 to 2,396 square feet, with pricing from $1.1 million to $1.7 million.

“Each floor plan offers something different to appeal to the wide range of buyers interested in living in this vibrant neighborhood, from empty-nesters moving from single-family homes to young buyers putting down roots in the city,” said Jonathan McCulloch, co-CEO at Belgravia.

Added Liz Brooks, vice president of sales and marketing, “To keep our monthly assessments low, we considered insights from buyers and intentionally included only the most coveted amenities at Three Sixty West.”

Connect Texas Multifamily will take place August 15, 2019 in Dallas. For more information, or to register, click here.
