Belgravia Tops Out on River North Condo Project

Belgravia Group has topped off its 18-story luxury condominium development at 403 N. Wabash Ave. in the city’s River North neighborhood. Known as Renelle on the River, the 50-unit project is scheduled to begin closing homes in early 2019.

“Through years of planning and intense collaboration, we are proud to bring this community to life on one of the last parcels of land available on this stretch of the Chicago River,” said Belgravia CEO Alan Lev.

The project is already 65% sold. Lev noted that it has attracted “a variety of buyers, from empty-nesters leaving suburban life for the city, to those seeking spaces that live like single-family homes in a dynamic urban location.”
