Chicago-based Belgravia Park is coming to Arizona for its project outside Chicago with Portico North Scottsdale

Belgravia Sets Sights on Scottsdale for First Project Outside Chicago

Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. has selected Arizona for its first development outside Chicago. The 70-year-old firm will build Portico – North Scottsdale, a 112-unit luxury condominium project within the One Scottsdale master-plan development.

“Chicago is our hometown, and we will always pursue opportunities here as our buildings continue to resonate with buyers because we know exactly what they want,” said Alan Lev, chairman of Belgravia Group. “We’ve been wanting to bring this same successful approach to other markets for a while, and Arizona was a natural next step – not just because of our familiarity with the market, but also the increasing interest from Chicagoans who are drawn to the region for a second or full-time home given its warmer weather.”

Portico will include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom condos, with prices starting at $540,000. The residences will be located within nine discrete buildings, each with five floors.
