Belgravia Launches Work on Triangle Square Condos

Belgravia Group, Ltd. started construction on 66 condominiums at Triangle Square, a mixed-use development at 1701 W. Webster Ave. in the North Side’s East Bucktown neighborhood. It reportedly marks the first residential development in the North Branch Corridor since the area was rezoned in 2017.

“As the first new homes being built in this emerging neighborhood, the condominiums at Triangle Square offer a chance for buyers to live adjacent to Bucktown and Lincoln Park at prices that are well below what a comparable home in those areas would cost,” said David Goldman, co-CEO at Belgravia Group.

Goldman added, “With over 25% of the building sold already, our buyers are excited about the opportunity to be a part of what’s to come, such as the proposed Lincoln Yards development, as well as enjoy easy access to great established neighborhoods.”

There’s still time to register for Connect Industrial Midwest, coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
