Belgravia Launches Pre-Sales on East Bucktown Condos

Belgravia Group will begin pre-construction sales on Feb. 16 for its 66 condominiums at Triangle Square, a mixed-used development in Chicago’s East Bucktown neighborhood. A sales gallery for the project will be located at 2131 N. Damen Ave., a quarter-mile from the development’s address at 1701 W. Webster Ave.

“Triangle Square is at the heart of what is quickly becoming one of the city’s most sought-after emerging neighborhoods, and we are thrilled to be able to begin offering buyers the ground-floor advantage of purchasing in this area early in its growth,” said David Goldman, EVP and COO at Belgravia.

In addition to the 66 condos, Triangle Square is also planned to include 300 apartments by LMC, the multifamily subsidiary of Lennar Corporation. Future plans call for a third building with office and retail space.
Construction on the condos is slated to begin this fall, with delivery projected for fall 2021.
