Behavioral Healthcare Group Relocates HQ within 320 W. 37th

NKF completed an office lease on behalf of AbleTo, Inc. at 320 W. 37th St. in Midtown. AbleTo, a technology-based provider of virtual behavioral healthcare, will move its headquarters to a new 19,358-square-foot, two-story space.

The transaction was negotiated by NKF’s Fred Smith, Thomas Burrus and Elizabeth Ughetta.

The space was attractive to AbleTo, since it’s  pre-built with furniture, fixtures, equipment and cabling/wiring that allowed for immediate move-in with minimal business disruption. Additionally, the floors are contiguous with an interconnecting staircase. AbleTo’s previous headquarters was located on two non-contiguous floors in the same building.

“This was an excellent opportunity for us to work across business lines at NKF and leverage our various in-house professional talent to secure the client the right best-in-class workspace,” said Smith. “Working with AbleTo to gain knowledge of the firm’s corporate culture informed us on how to optimally meet their new HQ needs.”
