Behavioral Health Clinic Signs Lease in Bronx
CBRE arranged a new 4,300-square-foot office lease for LifeStance Health, Inc., a national behavioral health clinic. The company inked a long-term deal for a portion of the second floor at 188 W. 230th St. in the Bronx.
CBRE’s Andre Sigourney and Jon Kamali represented LifeStance Health in the negotiations with ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC.
“LifeStance Health’s new Bronx office lease is part of the clinic’s national expansion plan to satisfy the country’s demand for mental health services,” said Sigourney. “Through virtual tours and marketing materials, we were able to navigate the negotiations and get the deal signed in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
LifeStance Health is a national leader in outpatient behavioral health services, offering psychiatry, psychology and talk therapy from a team of physicians, psychologists and licensed therapists. The company operates more than 150 clinical offices nationwide across 15 states, providing both in-person and telemedicine care.
