Bedford Industrial Property Sold for $2M 

Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of 30 Harvey Road in Bedford, New Hampshire, for $2.28 million. 

The industrial office warehouses, constructed in 1987 and located near Route 3, sit on the Manchester border across a 3.17-acre parcel. Hosting six tenants at full occupancy, the property also includes 1.45 acres of undeveloped land, adding potential for further expansion or development. 

The transaction was managed by Harrison Klein, Ben Scherman, and Luigi Lessa from Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office. The team secured the buyer, a local private investors, the name was not disclosed.
