Becovic Residential has acquired the Morse Glenwood, the firm's latest multifamily acquisition in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood

Becovic Adds to Rogers Park Multifamily Portfolio

Becovic Residential, a Chicago-based multifamily owner and operator, has added a five-story mixed-use development featuring sixteen residential units and one commercial space to its North Side portfolio. The Morse Glenwood, located at 1412 W. Morse in East Rogers Park, sold for $4.225 million.

The transaction was brokered by Joe Smazal with Interra Realty. The seller was not disclosed.

“We’re proud to add a beautiful property with top notch floor plans and finishes and excellent location to our Rogers Park offerings,” says Becovic’s president, Sal Becovic.

Built in 2008, the building’s residential units are laid out on large, two-bedroom/two-bathroom floor plans at roughly 1,200 square feet in size. The East Rogers Park building is blocks from lakefront beaches and parks, and around the corner from Loyola University, Lake Shore Drive, and the Red Line CTA Station.
