The Chase Court is a century-old courtyard apartment building in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood

Becovic Adds Another Courtyard Property to Rogers Park Portfolio

Becovic Residential has added The Chase Court at 1627-35 W. Chase to its Rogers Park communities. The $4.3-million sale was brokered by Monarch Realty Partners and financed by Associated Bank.

Located in the Jarvis Square area of Rogers Park, The Chase Court is a vintage 43-unit courtyard apartment building with studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. It’s situated blocks from Lake Michigan, convenient to Evanston, and close to Loyola University, and the Jarvis Red Line and Greenleaf Metra stations are within easy walking distance.

“We’re excited to preserve and enhance the beauty of another 100-year-old courtyard apartment building in Rogers Park,” said Becovic president Sal Becovic. Becovic Management Group will manage the community.

Rogers Park is one of Chicago’s most diverse neighborhoods, with more than 60 different languages spoken. In 2022, Rogers Park was ranked fifth in the list of top 50 places to live in the U.S.
