Becknell Industrial Adds to Capital Markets Team

Becknell Industrial has added David Keller and Ben Paolone to its capital markets team. Keller joins the Carmel, IN-based firm as EVP, capital markets, while Palone assumes the role of SVP and head of capital markets.

Keller was among the leadership of HFF that in 2002 repurchased the firm and grew its transaction volume almost four-fold. Over his tenure with HFF, now JLL, he completed more than $6.5 billion commercial real estate transactions.

Most recently, Paolone served as VP—finance and industrial development at CRG in Chicago, where he financed more than 18 million square feet of industrial development, nationally with a total capitalization in excess of $1 billion.

“Dave’s addition represents our commitment to continued growth including the expansion and diversification of our partner relationships.” said Matt Cohoat, Becknell’s EVP and CFO. “Ben’s experience and track record provides Becknell the expertise for a top-tier corporate capital markets platform.”
