BEB Capital Adds 15-Year Veteran as General Counsel

BEB Capital has appointed Emily Wolf to serve as general counsel. She joins the Port Washington, NY-based real estate development and lending firm after three and a half years as general counsel for Kushner Companies.

Until Wolf’s appointment, COO Keyvan Ghaytanchi also served as general counsel. Ghaytanchi is now president of BEB’s new lending division, while continuing as COO.

Wolf brings more than 15 years’ experience in business and real estate law to BEB. She worked at Manhattan law firm Meister, Seelig & Fein for 11 years before joining Kushner.

“Emily’s immersion in transactional real estate and vast array of institutional contacts make her an important asset for BEB Capital, as the scope and scale of our operations continue to grow,” said BEB CEO Lee Brodsky.

Wolf said she was joining as BEB is undertaking “exciting new ventures, such as bridge lending, high-rise multifamily development in Manhattan and third-party management.”
