Beauty-Products Giant Moving to Fort Worth’s AllianceTexas
Coppell-based Beauty Manufacturing Solutions has outgrown its current location, and is exploring a new home at 5650 Alliance Gateway, which is part of the AllianceTexas development in Forth Worth. If the project moves forward, the existing 445,870 square-foot building would be retrofitted to accommodate the company’s growing manufacturing operations. Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. is a high-tech manufacturer of beauty products that includes Naterra, L’Oreal, Johnson & Johnson, Mary Kay, Unilever, Tree Hut and other brands.
They are working with Fort Worth on tax abatements. A final vote is scheduled for the end of November. The proposed capital investment that Beauty Manufacturing Solutions would make as part of this project is $70 million. Of that, the company would commit to a minimum of $30 million in real property improvements by Dec. 31, 2024, as well as a minimum of $40 million in taxable business personal property by Jan. 1, 2026. The project is expected to create 250 full-time jobs by Dec. 31, 2025.
