Fromm International, a marketer of supplies to the professional beauty industry, has signed a long-term, 73,000-square-foot lease at Briarwood Business Center, 603 Dempster St. in Mount Prospect, IL. Briarwood Business Center is a two-building, 460,000-square-foot industrial complex, situated on 14 acres in the Chicago suburb.

The value of the lease transaction was undisclosed. However, the quoted asking rate is $6.75 per square foot.

Brett Kroner, Keith Puritz and Eric Fischer with Avison Young represented the tenant. The landlord, Dallas-based Clarion Partners, was represented by Tom Rodeno and Matthew Stauber of Colliers International.
