Beauty Franchise Phenix Opens Trio of NY Locations

Phenix Salon Suites, a salon suite rental concept, has inked three new leases in the New York metropolitan area.

In the Bronx, Phenix signed a 10-year lease for 7,832 square feet at Broadway Plaza. In Upstate Newburgh, the franchise secured a 15-year lease for 6,000 square feet at Mid Valley Mall. In New Jersey, Phenix leased 9,000 square feet at Midstate Mall in East Brunswick.

These deals are part of Phenix’s strategic expansion in the northeast, as the company continues to seek prime locations in the region. Phenix Salon Suites has over 300 locations nationwide and is also expanding internationally. JLL’s David Townes and Alana Friedman are the exclusive leasing agents for Phenix.
