Beauty Company Relocates HQ From Irvine Spectrum

Los Angeles-based Western States Technologies Inc. signed a seven-year lease valued at $4.5-million with SeneGence International, a multi-faceted beauty and personal care company. SeneGence its taking 50,000 square feet at 19651 Alter in Foothill Ranch, relocating its headquarters from the Irvine Spectrum.

The move will accommodate SeneGence’s expansion needs, says Western States Technologies Todd P. Miller. Featuring 24-foot clear height, two dock-high loading doors and three grade-level doors, the building also offers 11,500 square feet of two-story office space. The property is currently occupied by Image Options, which is moving to another space in Foothill Ranch.

CBRE’s Gregg Haly and Tyler Haly represented Western States in the transaction. Savills Studley’s Andrew Morrow represented SeneGence.
