Beam Reach Unveils Office Development in Downtown Bellevue
Beam Reach Partners has unveiled KANON, a proposed 740,000-square-foot, two-tower, 16-story office development in Bellevue, WA. The project, which is located just steps away from the new Downtown light rail stop, is expected to break ground late in 2023 for a mid-2026 delivery.
“We are excited to introduce this thoughtfully designed project that will be a unique offering to the market,” said John Lewis, Co-Founder of Beam Reach Partners. “With an abundance of green space and floor plates that are optimized for tech users post-COVID space needs, KANON will be an attractive option.”
Beam Reach Partners has agreed to ground lease the site from Wallace Properties, saying they are grateful for the relationship. The Gensler-designed development will include extensive decks and terraces, as well as several “superfloors” featuring oversized outdoor space and programming.
Newmark’s Jesse Ottele and Brendan Soelling have been assigned to lease KANON. “With beautifully designed spaces, premier amenities and downtown Bellevue location, we are confident this project will generate strong tenant interest,” said Ottele.
