Beacon Roofing Supply Inks East Side Austin Deal

Beacon Roofing Supply signed a lease for 17,850 square feet at 20 Strandtman Cove, a site on Austin’s east side. The tenant is a distributor of roofing and building materials. Local investor/owner Austin Holdings LLC was the landlord of the nearly 20-year-old building, which is situated on 5.3 acres. The property is close to the Colorado River Wildlife Sanctuary.

NAI Partners’ Troy Martin negotiated on behalf of the tenant. Adam Green, with Stream Realty, represented the landlord.

The tenant, headquartered in Herndon, VA, sells products under several regional brands. The company operates 500 locations across the United States and Canada.
