Beacon Begins Final Phase of Creative Campus in Denver
Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners commenced construction on The Hub North, a 105,000-square-foot boutique office and retail property in Denver. The eight-story building at 3660 Blake St. is near a commuter rail station. Construction is expected to be complete in Q2 2020.
The building is adjacent to Beacon’s recently opened The Hub South, a 279,000-square-foot office and retail development. The Class A creative campus is located in Denver’s River North Art District (RiNo).
“The companies that are drawn to the vibrant RiNo area demand distinctive workplaces and accessibility to amenities and services,” said Beacon Capital Partners’ McClure Kelly, who notes the second, and final phase of The Hub will “create a transit-oriented campus with market-leading amenities that complements the neighborhood’s artistic vibrancy.”
JLL is leading office pre-leasing for the Hub North, as well as the remaining office space at the Hub South, home to HomeAdvisor’s new HQ and where WeWork plans a location.
