B+E Launches Seller Dashboards at ICSC NY

B+E launched its Seller Dashboards at the ICSC Deal Making Conference, running at the Javits Center through Dec. 12.  Reportedly the first of its kind, the Seller Dashboards is designed to efficiently manage the disposition process in an online environment, tailored especially for single-tenant net lease sellers.

“CRE sellers have never before been able to understand their own property, its tenant, and competing properties so well,” said Camille Renshaw, CEO of locally based B+E.  “Trading at B+E is now more akin to your experience trading stocks – that level of data-driven insight and control – than anything currently available in traditional real estate.”

Among other features, the Seller Dashboards will also offer an online data vault with access reporting, deal access for the entire disposition team and controlled access for third parties, and live tenant financial data, news, and sales comparables.
