B+E Arranges 1031 Sale of Darien Bank Branch

B+E (Brokers+Engineers), reportedly the first brokerage firm and trading platform for net lease real estate, has announced the sale of a TD Bank branch in Darien, CT. The 4,380-square-foot property at 55 Boston Post Rd. traded to a 1031 exchange buyer for $6.9 million.

Spencer Henderson of B+E represented the seller, Chimblo Family Real Estate LLC. The property has approximately seven years remaining on the lease.

“We were happy to source a 1031 exchange buyer for the sale of this property,” said Henderson. “B+E achieved an impressive valuation for this bank branch, rarely seen in the marketplace today.”

Co-founded by Camille Renshaw and Scott Scurich, B+E was launched earlier this year.
