BCS Developing 9-Building Baytown Warehouse Project

BCS recently broke ground on Grove Business Park, a 438,000-square-foot Baytown industrial project. The 46-acre Grove Business Park will feature nine new buildings ranging from 30,000 to 120,120 square feet. It’s designed to meet the needs of small—to medium-sized end-user businesses. Upon completion, it will be one of the largest single-user spec industrial developments ever constructed in Baytown.

Seven of the buildings will be dock-high distribution facilities, while two buildings will be 20-ton-crane-ready manufacturing facilities.

All nine buildings will be constructed in a single phase, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.

The Urban Cos. is the architect and general contractor for the project, and Altar Group PLLC is the civil engineer. Michael Johnson, Michael King and John Beeler with JLL placed the debt with Voya Investment Management as the lender for the project. Travis Land and A.J. Williams of Partners are the exclusive listing brokers for the property, which is along Interstate 10 just west of Sjolander Road.
