Baywood Hotels Buys Lot in New Hampshire to Build Hyatt Place Hotel  

Baywood Hotels has acquired 165 Deer Street, Lot 3, in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire, for $4.25 million from Foundry Place Hotel. The property is adjacent to the Foundry Place Garage and Baywood plans to build a new five-story Hyatt Place hotel on the site with 117 modern rooms, a 51-space parking garage, and a ground-level café.  

Christian Stallkamp from The Boulos Company acted as the broker for the seller in the transaction.
