BayWa r.e. Makes South FL Market Debut with Pompano Beach Industrial Lease
Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a full-building lease with BayWa r.e. Solar Systems, LLC, at Pompano Industrial Center in Pompano Beach, FL.
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Matt McAllister, Chris Metzger, Rick Etner and Christopher Thomson represented building owner Black Creek Group of Denver, CO. A second Cushman & Wakefield team of Skylar Stein, Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez represented the Irvine, CA-based tenant.
The lease represents BayWa r.e.’s entry in the South FL market. The distributor of solar and energy storage components and systems will utilize the space at Pompano Industrial Center for warehouse, distribution, and administrative purposes.
Pompano Industrial Center features5 ,489 square feet of office space, six dock-high doors, one drive-in door, 18-foot ceiling heights, 30-foot by 34-foot column spacing, and Early Suppression, Fast Response fire safety system. The building’s location at 2151 Blount Road provides access to both Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike.
