Bayview Breaks Ground on 28-Story, 600-Unit San Jose MF

San Jose-based Bayview Development Group broke ground on Miro, a luxury, high-rise apartment community in San Jose. Located across from city hall at 167 E Santa Clara St., the property’s two 28-story towers are planned for more than 600 residences and 20,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.

The iconic towers are anticipated to be completed in 2020, and include a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans, including 16 penthouses. Residents will have access to more than 50,000 square feet of curated amenities , including a rooftop pool, concierge services, fitness, spa, pet facilities, fire pits and rooftop lounges with views of the city’s skyline.

HFF’s Charles Halladay, Brandon Roth and Jason Carlos arranged $288.8 million construction financing for the project. The five-year, interest-only construction loan was secured through Broad Street Real Estate Credit Partners III, a fund managed by the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division.
