Bayside Development Site Hits the Market

Cushman & Wakefield was hired to sell 217-14 24th Ave., a 64,810-square-foot development site in Bayside, Queens. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Stephen R. Preuss, Kevin Louie and Charlie Dupont will represent the seller, A.Real Yyz L.P., in all marketing efforts.

“This site presents a rare land opportunity,” said Preuss. “With over 250 feet of frontage overlooking Little Neck Bay, a developer can capitalize on the opportunity to acquire over an acre of land in a high barrier to entry marketplace.”

217-14 24th Ave.is a 1.5-acre development site with more than 250 feet of frontage on Little Neck Bay in Queens. The property features up to approximately 64,810 buildable square feet and allows for the 32,405-square-foot development of single-family homes or 64,810 buildable square feet of community facility space. The current tenant is paying all carrying costs until October 2021.
