Baylor Scott & White Planning 600K-SF Consolidation

Baylor Scott & White Health is planning a new office project on the 3700 block of Elm Street in Dallas’ Deep Ellum district. The 600,000-square-foot administration building is south of BS&W’s Dallas campus, with building permits valuing the construction at more than $70 million.

A representative with the healthcare system told the Dallas Morning News that the “new workspace . . . will bring together Baylor Scott & White Health’s five North Texas offices under one roof.” Construction is expected to be completed by late 2020. BS&W’s main office space is currently in downtown Dallas’ Bryan Tower.

The planned Deep Ellum development is adjacent to DART’s commuter rail line, and is blocks away from new apartment and retail projects.
