Bay Area Team Joins Kidder Mathews from Marcus & Millichap

Louis Kwok and Gabriel Sahagun have joined Kidder Mathews’ Pleasanton office, and Ed Vergara has joined the firm in Silicon Valley. The team, formerly with Marcus & Millichap, specializes in multifamily investment sales throughout the Bay Area.

Vergara joins Kidder Mathews as first VP. With more than 25 years’ business experience, he has overseen hundreds of transactions — many of which have successfully executed 1031 exchanges into larger or more efficient multifamily properties or passive NNN or DST investments.

Also joining as first VP, Kwok has nearly a decade of experience specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties with a focus on the East Bay and Silicon Valley. At Marcus & Millichap’s Oakland office, he was consistently ranked as a top 10 producer.

Sahagun, an associate, focuses on multifamily and mixed-use properties in San Francisco and the East Bay. At Marcus & Millichap, he partnered with Kwok to lead the team’s mixed-use division.
