Batch Freight Relocates, Expands Chicago Headquarters

BATCH Freight (BATCH), a logistics technology company, is relocating its downtown Chicago headquarters and will nearly double its office footprint.

The local firm has signed on to move to 214 W. Huron St. from its current office at 212 W. Superior St, reported the Chicago Business Journal. CBRE’s Tony Coglianese and Brad Serot represented Batch Freight, while Abby McFadyen represented GoHealth. Brookfield Growth helped finance the deal.

The new approximately 20,000-square-foot office space was the previous home of GoHealth, whose co-founders Brandon Cruz and Clinton Jones own the building. Batch Freight is the parent company of Next Trucking, CDL and Hickory Transportation Services. “As we continue to grow our national footprint, we recognized the importance of being centrally located to support our operations across the country, said Batch CEO Andrew Sobko.
