Bart Brynestad to be Inducted into CREDAWA’s Hall of Fame

CREDA Washington State (formerly NAIOP) announced it will host the 2026 Night of the Stars awards in October.

The organization is celebrating its 50^th anniversary as a CREDA chapter, having been founded in 1976 as the Puget Sound Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Parks. CREDA will also induct industrial developer Bart Brynestad into its Hall of Fame at the event.

Brynestad first joined the commercial real estate association over 30 years ago in 1995. He was instrumental in establishing the South Sound committee for the industry group, eventually served as president of the chapter in 2005, and has continued to serve in leadership roles within the organization, prior to his recent retirement from Panattoni Development Company in 2025.

Additionally, CBRE’s Jennifer Seversen was announced as the retail broker of the year by the Commercial Broker Association’s President and CEO, Mary Hull-Drury. A thirty-year retail leasing industry veteran, Seversen has built a reputation for transforming complex developments into market successes.
