Barry Swenson Makes $17.3M San Jose Office Purchase

Barry Swenson Builder made an office acquisition in North San Jose that reportedly totaled $17.3 million in an off-market transaction. The property, located at 2290 North First St., is a three-story building that captures 76,606 square feet.

The seller was TA Associates, and both the buyer and seller were represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s San Jose office. Jon DeCoite, Mike Baker and Steve Horton led the deal.

The building is 85-percent occupied and has two spaces for lease, including an entire third floor that is just more than 9,000 square feet.
