Barnes & Thornburg Planning Move to PwC Tower at Park District

Law firm Barnes & Thornburg signed a lease to take down 28,000 square feet at the new PwC Tower at Park District near downtown Dallas. The law firm inked a 10-year deal for the seventh floor of the office tower at 2121 N. Pearl St. The firm will remain in its current location at 2100 McKinney Ave. until build-out is complete in September 2018.

Phil Puckett and Harlan Davis from CBRE represented Barnes & Thornburg in negotiations. Dennis Barnes, Clay Gilbert and Shannon Brown, also with CBRE, negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Trammell Crow Co. and MetLife.

The 900,000-square-foot, two-building PwC Tower at Park District is adjacent to Klyde Warren Park, with amenities including an executive lounge, fitness facility, on-site restaurants and outdoor spaces.
