Barnea Bistro to Open New Midtown Restaurant 

Barnea Bistro, known for its contemporary French-style cuisine and kosher offerings, has secured a  15-year lease for a 7,602-square-foot space at 114 W 47th Street in Midtown.  

“At 114 West 47th Street, Barnea Bistro will bring its culinary excellence to the many workers, visitors, and residents in Midtown,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “The new restaurant will enrich our premier office tower providing a new dining option that aligns with the sophistication of the building.” The LEED Gold-certified property houses tenants including Bank of America Private Wealth Management and IFM Investors. 

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo, and Nora Caliban and by Matt Ogle and Corey Zolcinski of JLL. Barnea was represented by James Famularo of Meridian Retail Leasing.
