Barclay, W.M. Grace Break Ground Speculative Glendale Logistics Facility

Phoenix-based Barclay Group and Scottsdale-based W.M. Grace Companies launched construction on 303 Logistics, a speculative, 349,663-square-foot Class A industrial building in Glendale. The nearly 23-acre site at 16695 W. Glendale Ave. directly fronts the Loop 303 freeway.

Situated at the southwest corner of the Loop 303 and Glendale Avenue, the building is part of the Loop 303 corridor, one of the fastest-growing industrial corridors in the nation. The project will be Foreign Trade Zone capable. Construction is expected to be completed by Q2 2021.

The cross-dock facility will offer modern amenities including 36-foot clear heights, 75 dock high and four grade level doors, 52- by 50-foot column spacing to accommodate state-of-the-art automated equipment, clerestory windows to maximize natural light, R-30 roof insulation and an ESFR sprinkler system.

JLL’s Riley Gilbert, Anthony Lydon and Marc Hertzberg are handling the project’s leasing assignment.
