Barclay Group Delivers 6 Arizona Fry’s Stores

Over the last fifteen months, Barclay Group has delivered six Arizona Kroger-anchored shopping centers, and two more will open later this year.

A recent delivery includes Morrison Ranch in Gilbert, AZ, anchored by Fry’s Marketplace (Kroger), which opened on January 31st.

The additional Barclay Group retail centers that encompass this milestone are multiple properties across the Arizona market, all anchored by Fry’s Marketplace (Kroger) including: 

·        Gladden Farms in Marana, AZ, which opened in October 2024.

·        Vistancia Point in Peoria, AZ, which opened in November 2024.

·        Hudson Station in Queen Creek, AZ, which opened in May 2024.

In 2024, the company delivered nine retail shopping centers, totaling 1.9 million square feet, across the southwest and southeast. Anchor tenants at these centers include Fry’s (Kroger), Target, Sprouts, and EOS Fitness.

Looking ahead, the company continues to focus on growing its multi-tenant retail portfolio. This portfolio now includes 25 properties across six states, including Arizona, Florida, Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, and Idaho.
