Barberry Rose Sells Three BK Buildings for $5M 

Barberry Rose has sold three contiguous four-story buildings on Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights, totaling 49 units, to Gilman Management for $5 million.  

These properties, located at 1193, 1199, and 1205 Eastern Parkway, along with the corner at Rochester Avenue, comprise a total of 53,908 square feet. Dating back to 1912, the buildings were acquired at a cap rate of 9%, with a price per square foot of $92.75, and a unit price of $102,040, yielding a Gross Rent Multiplier (GRM) of 5.95. 

Rosewood Realty Group, through Ben Khakshoor, Alex Fuchs, and Aaron Jungreis, served as representatives for both Barberry Rose and Gilman Management in this transaction.
