Barbara Rea Joins BKM Capital Partners

BKM Capital Partners has announced the appointment of Barbara Rea as director of operations and marketing. Her responsibilities will focus on developing marketing, operations and investor relations at the Irvine-based firm.

Rea is a marketing veteran, with more than 20 years of marketing experience. She was formerly executive director of corporate resources at Voit Real Estate Services, and prior to that she served as a regional marketing director at Pulte Homes.

BKM Capital Partners specializes in the acquisition and renovation of multi-tenant industrial properties. It is looking to raise $200 million by the end of the year and has a total-fund goal of $300 million.
